Breakfast: 2 dairy (yogurt, cheese); 2 fruit (banana, grapefruit)
AM Snack: 1 fruit (prunes), 1 starch/1 fruit (Nutrigrain bar)
lunch: 1 vegie, 2 protein, 1 fat (mongolian beef w broccoli)
snack: 2 vegie (plain salad)
dinner: 2 starch/1 fat (small square of cake), 2 vegie (salad)
LA bar: kidney beans and chick peas
total:
2 dairy, 4 fruit, 3 starch, 5 vegie, 2 fat, 1 bar.
Exercise: pilates dvd 15 min - boy am I outta shape
best verse of day: "You are the God who sees" (same as yesterday)
Best Christian fellowship: Prayer with S and comforting words from M
drank plenty of water

I'm not fond of Nutrigrain bars, they taste like carboard to me, but I like the Atkins bars...but their nutrigrain clone tastes like cardboard too!
I'll have to look for those Atkins bars.
